Manager

 Dave Spenst started with the company back in 2013 at old chandler and has been a vital part of our Dogs 24/7 family and leader for multiple Dogs 24/7 locations throughout his career with us- from old Chandler Dogs to Tempe Dogs, Gilbert Dogs, and now back with us at our Chandler headquarters. Dave’s border collie, Savanah, better known as his soul dog, best girl, and side kick, has been with Dave throughout his entire journey with us at Dogs 24/7. Although his love for border collies is recognizably strong thanks to Savanna, his love for dogs doesn’t discriminate. Pups of all shapes and sizes know Dave is a kind soul and has been entrusted and adored by not only hundreds of dogs over the past years with us, but by many dog parents and coworkers as well. He is an essential member to our chandler family and is a mentor to many 

Head Groomer

Melissa has been grooming for over 20 years! She has been with Dogs 24/7 for over 11 years as our Head Groomer. Melissa has been mastering the craft of making your dogs gorgeous at all of our East Valley locations.

Groomer

 Riley started at chandler over a year ago doing the over nights. When we started the Grooming apprenticeship program Riley was one of the 1st to sign up. She was doing her weekly grooming classes and still doing her overnights. She graduated March 1st and went into grooming full time and is continuing to work alongside of Melissa.

General Manager, Human Resources

 Savanna got her start in Operations as she was completing her bachelors degree at Arizona State University in Psychology.  She worked her way up to Customer Care Manager and later to her current position in Human Resources where she oversees recruiting, benefits and employee relations.
