Near the end of 2013, Dave walked into Old Chandler Dogs to see what Dogs 24/7 was all about. What he and his almost one-year-old Border Collie, Savanah found was more than just a visit; it turned into a job interview that blossomed into a fun, rewarding career working with dogs. Dave started at the entry level and dedicated himself to learning every aspect of the business. Through hard work and passion, he grew into roles including Shift Supervisor, reliable overnight support, and eventually General Supervisor.

After stepping away from the company for a few years, Dave returned home to Chandler at the start of 2023 with Savanah, now 13, still by his side as always and rejoined the leadership team. Today, he serves as our Senior Manager of Operations.

 Chloe joined Chandler in October 2024 as a Specialist and quickly became a valuable asset to Dogs 24/7. She consistently stepped in wherever needed, taking on any shift while building her knowledge and always putting the dogs’ needs first. Through her dedication and work ethic, Chloe grew into the role of Shift Supervisor, regularly supp

In 2026, Chloe officially joined Chandler’s leadership team as our General Supervisor. Her passion and commitment to the dogs are second to none, with their care always remaining her top priority

With no prior experience in the dog industry, Ivy jumped in paws-first and quickly found a true passion working with dogs.  After excelling in the fast-paced, high-volume environment at Zoomies Santa Fe, Ivy rose through the ranks and trans

 Ivy joined the company in May 2024 after relocating from Portland, Oregon to Santa Fe, New Mexico. With no prior experience in the dog industry, Ivy jumped in paws-first and quickly found a true passion working with dogs.  After excelling in the fast-paced, high-volume environment at Zoomies Santa Fe, Ivy rose through the ranks and transferred to headquarters in Phoenix with her Pittie Calliope—where Ivy now proudly serves as General Manager, working out of both the Paradise and Chandler locations she brings energy, leadership and heart to the team.
